An employee of Badenhorst Auctioneers in Belfast was robbed at gunpoint Thursday morning outside the offices of local attorney Mr Petri Badenhorst.

Ms Fiona Smit was confronted by a group of robbers shortly after entering Badenhorst Auctioneers’ premises around 07:00 to open up for the day.
One of the robbers pointed a firearm at her from the driver’s side while his accomplices ransacked the vehicle for valuables.

They made off with a laptop and auction documents.
