‘Shots fired’ at Pick ’n Pay in the Middelburg Mall
Www.mobserver.co.za just received a call from a frantic shopper in the Middelburg Mall, claiming that shots were fired in the vicinity of Pick ’n Pay.
The caller said that he heard shots being fired and had to hide in Clicks where staff closed the doors. He could see people running past the shop.
According to him, security managed to catch a suspect, whom he presumed was the shooter. The man was taken into the Pick ’n Pay store by security guards.
Journalists are on their way to the scene to investigate.
