Stage 4 load-shedding to be expected for today
Due to a shortage of capacity, stage two of load-shedding will be implemented until 09:00 this morning and thereafter, stage 4 will be implemented until 23h00.
Eskom assures that load-shedding at Stage 4 is no cause for alarm as the system is being effectively controlled.
During Stage 4 load-shedding, approximately 80% of the country’s demand is still being met.
Residents are advised to keep checking their load-shedding schedules on the Eskom website: https://loadshedding.eskom.co.za.
