Update: Missing autistic toddler found among friends

The boy disappeared from his home in Kameool Street, Extension 18, around 08:00.

The entire community can breath a sigh of relief after a four year old boy with autism, who wandered off from his Extension 18 home earlier this morning, was found among neighborhood children.

The boy disappeared from his home in Kameool Street, Extension 18, around 08:00.

He was found about five houses from his parental home, where he wandered into an open gate, joining sleeping children in the home.

He has wandered off before but was luckily found unscathed.

He was wearing blue shorts and a white shirt with polka dots.

The boy has been identified as Mphilo, and Mphilo have been reunited with his parents.

The CPF and police, who’ve been tirelessly searching for him, have confirmed his return.

Mphilo wandered into an open gate, near his parental home, joining  bunch of sleeping kids in the house.

When the other children awoke from slumber, they found him playing.
