To Residents of Ward 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16: All Electricity prepaid meters must be updated before November 2024.

In order to achieve this the municipality will do the rollout in phases, updating selected wards.

You are requested to visit your nearest vending outlet or paypoint with your prepaid card to receive a code and instructions on how to upgrade from July 10 to August 10.

Please ensure that you load all your unused Tokens before you upgrade.

Please note, if you do not reside in these wards your meter is not ready for upgrade.
