Middelburg is experiencing a rare and extreme cold front with temperatures dropping as low as -2°C.

The rest of the week is set to be bitterly cold in the morning, with AccuWeather and Apple predicting a low of 0°C until Saturday, July 15.

Snow was expected to cover large parts of Mpumalanga, but as of yet areas such as Belfast have received no snowfall, however, snow has just begun to hit the streets of Johannesburg.
