State of the District gallery

The Executive Mayor of Nkangala District Municipality, Councillor Thomas Ngwenya, gave his first State of the District Address on August 4.

The event was held at the Sydney Choma Banquet Hall. All six executive mayors of the Nkangala region and various Mpumalanga Parliament members, such as Ms Ouma Mmatlala Grace Boroto and Ms Grace Kekulu Tseke, attended the event.

Mayor Ngwenya was officially sworn in a few minutes before giving his rousing speech urging unity and cooperation between Nkangala’s municipalities.
