Teenage boys found, mother alleges bullying has hand in disappearance

Jayden Katzke(14) and Dracques Smit(13) who went missing since yesterday morning 11:00 have been found.

Jayden’s mother, Nadia, confirmed this morning that the boys were found by a teacher between Middelburg and Komati, and alleges that bullying was a reason for their disappearance.
The two boys are both learners at Hoërskool Middelburg and were last seen leaving school yesterday after their fifth period.

Both sets of parents rushed to Hoërskool Middelburg a few moments ago where they were reunited with their children.

Nadia told the Middelburg Observer that they as a family first want time to process but hope to create more awareness surrounding the problem of bullying at a later stage.
