WARNING: Loose high voltage Eskom wires on Van Dyksdrif Road

A truck has crashed into an Eskom pylon on the R542 Van Dyksdrif Road, leaving the high voltage electrical wires to sprawl onto the road, posing a major threat to everyone in the area

The public is urged to avoid the area and act with extreme caution, as the scene is extremely dangerous.

The entire Van Dyksdrif Road is at an standstill, with emergency responders having been dispatched to the scene.
