Armed robbers descend on Tari Funerals

A business robbery at Tari Funerals in the Nedbank Centre has left workers traumatised.

The incident occurred on Tuesday at about 16:00.

According to information, two unknown men entered the building with a firearm and demanded cash.

Tari Funerals told the Middelburg Observer they were targeted for the first time in May, after 22 years of business.

The criminals used the same modus operandi and made off with workers’ cellphones, locking the workers inside the building before fleeing the scene.
