Man arrested after driving into Police vehicle

A man was arrested at 21:30 on Christmas Eve, after driving into a Police vehicle on the corner of Marico and John Magagula Street.

Fortunately, there were no injuries at the scene, however, the man’s red vehicle has sustained significant damage.

The Police vehicle incurred damage to its front, with the Officer coming out of the incident unscathed.

After colliding with the Police vehicle, the red car crashed into a tree, causing it to snap, fall and halt the car in its tracks.

The driver of the red car has been escorted to the Police Station for further questioning.
