SPCA to patrol Middelburg tonight, to help any animals in need

The SPCA will have two vehicles patrol our town on New Year's Eve for any animals stuck in a gate or fence, due to firecrackers.

The cars will be on patrol from approximately 23:00 to 01:00, seeking to help any pet trying to escape the noise of the firecrackers.
