(Video) Severe rains cause havoc

Residents are picking up the pieces after a hailstorm and heavy rains wreaked havoc on Wednesday.

The heavy rains flooded several homes and roads.

They also caused blackouts in other parts of town.

With more rains expected this afternoon, residents are urged to be extra vigilant as some roads are still flooded.
