Normally Red Bulls give you wings, however, here in Middelburg, our red bulls will give you a boost to spur you on to the finish line.

Speaking of red bulls, HTS Middelburg will once again graciously host the longstanding race.

Prizes of up to R500 will be given to the open race podium places, while the first-place finishers of the other categories will receive R200.

The race will begin at 18:00, with an entry fee of R80 required for the 10km and a R40 entry fee necessary for the 4.9km, temporary licences can be bought for R40.

There is no cut-off time, but try to hurry to the finish line to claim one of the 1 500 race medals.
