Oos Street killers at large

The armed robbers responsible for the senseless killing of a well-respected community member are still walking the streets.

Community leader, Mr Farouk Suliman expressed his disgust at the absence of justice shown so far in the brutal murder of Ahmed Muhammed, the owner of ABC Couriers and a beloved family man.

Mr Muhammed was gunned down from within the confines of his own home and in the presence of his wife, on Friday afternoon.

Mr Suliman told the Middelburg Observer that the community is still reeling from shock after the incident, which drew hordes of residents to the crime scene in Oos Street.
The armed robbers, which consists of three to seven assailants, fled in Mr Muhammed’s black Toyota Etios, registration: FVC 769 MP.

Anyone who has information that could assist in the investigation is urged to contact the Middelburg Police Station.

Mr Muhammed is survived by his wife, three sons, two daughters and his sister.
