March petrol prices

Drivers beware, the cost of petrol is set to increase once again this March, with prices showing no sign of coming down anytime soon.

In a report obtained by the Cape Times, the Automobile Association has predicted yet another increase in petrol prices in March.

This means that diesel is set to increase between R1.43 and R1.59/l, 93ULP by R1.31/l, 95ULP by R1.35/l and illuminating paraffin by 96c/l.

It must be emphasised that these are predictions and that the prices will likely increase/decrease in estimate throughout the month.

However, industry analysts are confident that there will be an increase of some kind in March, due to concerning data recently released by the Central Energy Fund.
