Marathon Club’s Scaly 5 is set to begin tonight!

Get ready! The first race in the Middelburg Marathon Club’s Scaly 5 Series is set to take place tonight at Hoërskool Kanonkop.

An R80 entry fee will be required to participate in the 10km, a R50 fee for the 4.9km and a R40 fee for a temporary license.

To save cash in the long run, you can pay a series entry fee of R350 for the 10km, a R200 series fee for the 4.9km and R200 fee for a temporary license for the series

The race will begin at 18:30, with tonight’s scaly theme being the peculiar Pangolin.

Prizes of up to R400 will be on offer for various age groups and other categories.

Fun Fact about Pangolins, they eat an average of 70 million insects per year. For more fun, make sure you compete in tonight’s Scaly 5.
