Motorists traversing the N11 (Hendrina) had to exercise patience after being caught behind several of the heavy motor vehicles.

A convoy of abnormal load vehicles carrying large Eskom infrastructure disrupted traffic between hendrina and Middelburg on the N11 a short while ago.

The convoy, led by a traffic escort, is believed to have made its way to Mhluzi and motorists are advised to exercise caution and patience.
