N4 closed after emergency landing by aircraft

Motorists are advised to make use of alternative routes after an aircraft ad to make an emergency landing on the N4.

According to TRAC N4, the eastbound shoulder lane of the N4 between Arlie and Malaga Hotel was closed after an aircraft had to make an emergency landing.

The traffic alert by TRAC N4 was made at 13:00, however no update has been made to confirm that the road has been reopened.

Motorists were urged to make use of Schoemanskloof until further notice.
