Protea closed due to pipe burst

Protea Street has been closed due to a pipe burst in the middle of the road.

The area of Protea Street that was cordoned off this morning.

The leak is situated at the Protea- and Springbok crossing and a large section of the tar surface has been eroded by water.

Mr Louwtjie Swart from Van Wettens Towing Services has confirmed that the road has been closed to allow for repairs.
