Local team in top four

The Unisa College of Law, through the Unisa Law Clinic, hosted the Inter-Regional Moot Court competitions, where Unisa LLB students compete against each other.

The Moot court Competitions have recently been finalised and Middelburg was represented by Ms Pheladi Botjona Tjatji, Mampho Midah Lentsoane and Lethabo Carol Mmola.

The women made it to the semi-finals and were amongst the top four teams.

What a proud moment, as they are the first group from Middelburg to partake in the competitions and make it as far as they did.

The Cape Town team. Xolile Mgidi, Vuyolwethu Musoke and Lubabalo Fongopa.
The Johannesburg team. Lungelo Kumalo, Corly Claassen and Mushashela Mushashela.
The Pretoria Team. Jeremiah Kekana, Mbalenhle Shabangu and Kaya Mathala.
The North West team. Reamogetse Moekwa, Karabo Pilane and Onnalenna Sehoole.
The Limpopo team. Koketso Mokwena, Lebogeng Kekana and Reabetswe Poopedi.
