Use these alternative numbers

Make sure of these numbers if you need help from the 24-hour Call Centre.

The Steve Tshwete Local Municipality sent out a notice stating that, due to technical challenges, the 24-hour Call Centre and Fire and Rescue lines are unreachable at this stage on the following numbers: 013 249 7222/7344/7348/7349.

The community is encouraged to make use of the following numbers for assistance: 087 808 7430 and their WhatsApp line (messaging only) on 064 915 3362 for reporting service delivery complaints. Indicate your name, contact details and the nature of the problem.

For Fire and Rescue, contact 087 164 5636 until further notice.
