Collision at busy Middelburg entrance adds to existing congestion

Traffic is backed up on the N11 coming into Middelburg from Groblersdal due to a multi-vehicle accident.

Three vehicles were involved in a minor collision on the N11 (Loskop) a short way before the Protea intersection.

While reports were received that the accident isn’t serious, it has added to congestion on the very busy main road.

A build-up of peak traffic is already experienced, specifically in the CBD, due to the closure of Meyer Street where road works are underway.

Motorists are advised to exercise caution and patience.
