SAPS calls for change of ownership on inherited firearms

The Middelburg Police Station urges civilians to come forward for a change of ownership when inheriting firearms from deceased family members.

According to a public notice issued by the Middelburg SAPS, any firearms that form part of a late estate, or anyone in possession of a deceased person’s firearm, should visit the Middelburg Police Station for assistance in applying for a change of ownership.
