A man appeared in the Middelburg Magistrate’s Court yesterday in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred on Friday night just before midnight.
The incident happened in Mthunzini Street in Mhluzi.
It was reported that the victim, known only as ‘Dino’, was shot in the head and died on the scene.
Vusi Sambo is facing a charge of murder following his arrest on Saturday.

The case was postponed to October 13 for a formal bail application.
