Inwoners spring self in om basaar ’n sukses te maak.

Bernice du Plessis is saam met inwoners opgewonde oor die SAVF Tehuis vir Bejaardes se basaar op 7 November.

By die SAVF Ouetehuis is dit deesdae ’n miernes van bedrywighede, soos inwoners artikels bymekaar maak vir hulle basaar op 7 November.

Hierdie jaar word die basaar vanaf 11:00 in die tehuis se sit- en eetkamer gehou.

Tobie van den Bergh

Tobie started as a journalist in September 1975. He was appointed editor of the Middelburg Observer in 1982 where he worked until he retired in 2024. He received numerous awards, is a founding member of the Forum for Community Newspapers and has published two books about his work. Although retired, Tobie is still very much involved in community journalism.
