A truck and a car collided on the R35 near Black Wattle Colliery this evening, leaving several adults and children injured as emergency services rushed to assist.

A serious two-vehicle accident occurred on the R35 just before Black Wattle Colliery this evening. A truck and a car were involved in the collision, leaving five adults and three children injured.

According to early information, an ambulance had been dispatched, but EMTs were still en route at the time of reporting. Police and fire services were already on the scene, managing traffic and assisting those involved.

Sama Towing Service alerted motorists to the crash on the Traffic Alert WhatsApp group shortly after 19:00.Further updates will follow as more information becomes available.
