Feed a Little Life: SPCA Middelburg urgently needs food

The Middelburg SPCA is urgently appealing for donations of puppy pellets and soft kitten food to support the growing number of vulnerable animals in their care.

The Middelburg SPCA is urgently calling on the community for help as their supply of puppy pellets and soft kitten food runs dangerously low. With more young animals arriving at the shelter every week, the need has become critical.

Many of these puppies and kittens are underweight, abandoned, or recovering from trauma, and they rely on specialised food to survive. Puppy pellets support healthy growth, while soft kitten food is essential for tiny kittens unable to eat solid pellets.

Even a single tin or small bag can make a real difference to a little life in need.

While the SPCA will be present at the Middelburg Care Village Lights Festival from December 5–20 with their corn dog fundraiser, food donations are needed immediately and can be dropped off at the SPCA office.

Residents who can assist are asked to contact the Middelburg SPCA 013 246 1201, or drop off contributions at the SPCA.
