Middelburg SPCA: Festive Season Hours

The SPCA Middelburg has released its festive season operating hours, including closure dates and emergency contact details to ensure animal welfare support remains available when needed.

As the festive season is here, the Middelburg SPCA has confirmed adjusted operating hours to help residents plan ahead and ensure animals in need receive assistance.

Festive Season Operating Hours:

• 31 December: Closing at 12:00
• 25, 26 & 27 December: Closed
• 29 & 30 December: Normal operating hours
• 1 January: Open 09:00 – 11:00

Emergency assistance: 084 432 6278

The SPCA urges residents to save the emergency number and to report injured, abandoned, or distressed animals promptly during periods when offices are closed.

Animal welfare does not pause for the holidays, and community awareness remains vital during this busy time.
