Help needed to locate Vaal family of deceased Mhluzi man

Help is sought to locate the family of Mpilo Makhanya, a Mhluzi resident who reportedly died in Margate, so they can identify his body.

Thembelihle Magagula is appealing for assistance in locating the family of Mpilo Philani Makhanya, who reportedly passed away on January 1.

Speaking to the Middelburg Observer, Thembelihle said she was very close to Makhanya, who previously worked as a bouncer at Dukuza Lifestyle in Mhluzi, and lived in the Vuka area of Mhluzi.

According to Thembelihle, it is believed that Makhanya died while in Margate, KwaZulu-Natal. His family urgently needs to identify and claim his body.

She further stated that she approached the police for assistance after learning of his death, but her efforts did not yield any results.

It is believed that Makhanya’s family may reside somewhere in the Vaal area in Gauteng.
