Alzu Tour de Farm underway

The tenth edition of the popular and well-known Alzu Tour de Farm kicked off to an early start this morning from the Alzu Petro Port.

First to navigate their way along the breath-taking but grueling MTB course, was the pod of e-cyclists, who tackled two different routes of 70 and 40 kilometres. The big guns were hot on their heels, after the A seeding division in the 70 kilometre race followed in suit.

Cyclists had to face strong winds and steep inclines to make their way toward the finish line.

The final results will be published in Friday’s edition of the Middelburg Observer. For now, take a look at some of our photos.
