Uganda’s anti gay law widely criticised

The United States, the European Union and the United Nations have slammed Uganda's anti-gay law. Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni signed a bill on Monday that punishes gay sex with up to life in prison. He said the law was needed because the West was promoting homosexuality in Africa.
