Chetty’s mother, Melissa said her daughter was most excited about spending her money on her tuck shop card on her first day.
Midrand Reporter is calling on more community members to email photographs of Grade 1 pupils’ first day of school, accompanied with their name, surname and a description of what they most enjoyed on their first day at school.
Thandeka Maphumulo also sent photographs of other pupils enjoying their first day at school as they met their teacher, recieved farewell kisses from their parents and made new friends.
