Top maths literacy pupil in Gauteng

Kamogelo Matsetela was awarded the best pupil certificate in mathematical literacy in Gauteng.

She was one of the pupils honoured at a matric congratulatory ceremony at the Sci-Bono Centre in Johannesburg hosted by the Gauteng Department of Education.

MEC for Education Barbara Creecy and Premier of Gauteng Nomvula Mokonyane presented the awards.

Matsetela said her achievements were, “Through hard work, dedication, commitment and taking extra lessons, even on weekends.”
