Business people in the making

MIDRAND - Beaulieu Preparatory School's Grade 7 class have shown their entrepreneurial skills, determination and knowledge in creating their own businesses.

This is part of the school’s economic and management sciences.

Public relations officer for the school, Lynette Gray said, “The pupils learnt how to develop surveys, excel spread sheets and to represent their findings with the use of a number of different graphs.”

She said the pupils also developed skills in research, problem solving, goal setting, fundraising and team work for what makes a good business and what is required to make a profit.

“The entrepreneur week at Beaulieu Preparatory has been a great success and we are proud of our Grade 7 group for all they have done this term,” said Gray.
