Gauteng provincial commissioner, Lieutenant General Lesetja Mothiba, said thee other suspects were still on the run.
According to Rekord Centurion the arrest comes hours after another robbery took place at Centurion Mall. Six men were arrested in connection with this robbery.
Mothiba said the suspects entered the Telkom store in Irene Village Mall pretending to be shoppers. They fled the scene in a blue Audi A4. Police later corned one of the suspects, who was driving on Olifantsfontein Road, and arrested him.
