Constable Jacob Nhlongo said the suspect was arrested in Austin View. “The suspect will soon appear at Tembisa Magistrates’ Court. He has been charged for possession of stolen copper,” said Nhlongo
Nhlongo added that police would continue to clampdown on criminals who continued to strip the community of copper cables and other crimes.
“Crime does not pay. We want criminals to be aware that police will not rest until they have been arrested for crimes committed.”
