Principal Johreen Patel said the school is ready for a successful year. “Inspite of rainy weather, pupils and staff were in great spirits as they arrived at school on 14 January.”
She added that the pupils played with educational toys, putting together puzzles, reading books, watching movies, colouring in pictures and playing with various magic play dough. “It can be a jittery start for some new pupils, being away from parents and venturing into school, but the children settled in well.”
She said school staff contributed to a very positive first day and they will continue to work hard to ensure that the same momentum carries well into the year.
