This was due to the lack of turnout from the community at the initial meeting on 26 February.
The meeting was attended by, among a handful of others, Ernest Mahlawule, chairperson of the Johannesburg Chamber of Commerce, Lieutenant Colonel David Mahloromela and James Khumalo from the Government Department of Community Safety. They all urged residents of Sector 5, which is Halfway House, Randjiespark and Corporate Park, to avail themselves at the next meeting.
