“There was huge excitement and anticipation as The Valley children arrived at school on Thursday morning,” said Bronwen Smith, a teacher at the school.
She said they planned lots of activity for the children, among them was an Easter egg hunt. “The Easter Bunny had visited and had hopped all over the school grounds leaving beautiful Easter medals for each child to find.”
“The hunt was on,” said Smith.
“For each medal an Easter egg was given followed by lots of smiles and laughter.”
The children are said to have had a fun-filled morning of Easter crafts and searching for that elusive Easter bunny.
