Poplar Academy and Express!ons Centre took on the holiday with gusto when an Easter bonnet parade and egg hunt took place on 2 April at Poplar Academy.
“The children had to make their own Easter hats, and then each class got to hunt for their Easter eggs around the school play areas,” said preschool teacher, Bonita Visagie.
Express!ons is a centre where creativity is part of the daily experience, and the little ones unleashed their creativity once again to make Easter bunnies. “We have been running a holiday programme and we did a few Easter themed projects that led up to the Easter weekend,” said Carla de Gouveia.
