Rabie Ridge police spokesperson, Constable Jacob Nhlongo, said the victims, who were friends, were aged between 22 and 23 and lived a few houses away from each other in Kanana.

He added, “Police are investigating the murders. Families of both victims have come forward to identify the bodies. The circumstances that led to their deaths are not yet known.”
No arrests have been made, however, the police urge anyone who has information and can assist with the investigation to please contact Rabie Ridge police.
