Seven injured after truck’s brakes fail
MIDRAND - Seven people were injured in a three vehicle collision at the corner of New and Lever Roads in Midrand at around 8am on 7 March.
Emer-G-Med attended to the scene and on arrival found that a truck had collided with two cars, allegedly after it’s brakes failed.
Seven people sustained minor to moderate injuries and were treated on-scene before being transported to various hospitals for further care.
Local authorities were on-scene to investigate the events leading up to the collision.
