This followed another operation in sectors 2 and 3 on 26 January, in conjunction with Griffon Security, Axon and the Community Policing Forum, when two arrests were made, one for possession of dagga and the other for rock cocaine.

Tlamela said an operation on 28 January had led to six arrests for drugs, one for possession of stolen property, and one for illegal gambling.
