MIDRAND – Find out which netball stars are excelling on a regional level.

Three Midrand High School girls were selected to take part in the Johannesburg and Mogale Regional Netball League which is set to commence soon.

Shirley Ndlovu, Bontle Ntshingila and Nneka Ikena made it to the district trials and the school’s sports administrator, Kwazi Shangase said the school was very proud of the trio for making it to the regional league.

“These girls went up against all the girls and schools in our district and made the selection. The netball coach is hard at work preparing our girls for the season ahead,” said Shangase.

The school has six netball teams from U14 to U18 and is currently looking for sponsorship for new kits.
