One man’s trash is another man’s treasure

MIDRAND – Children and teachers of Bentley Preparatory School make art out of rubbish.

Teachers and children of Bentley Preparatory School in Crowthorne dug into their bins to find recyclable items and turned them into art paintings.

With the help of their teachers, the little ones created paintings made from old toys, wires, potato crisp packets and old books.

“We did a masterpiece per class. This means that even the one-year-olds had an opportunity to showcase their artistic side. Parents were in awe and could not believe that the little ones were capable of producing art pieces like this,” said the head of administration at the school, Prenessa Nadan.
