Christ Church shares hopes for 2022

NOORDWYK – David Bell, principal at Christ Church Preparatory School and Colleg, said they were looking forward to coming year with great enthusiasm.


David Bell, school principal at Christ Church Preparatory School and College wished the Midrand community a happy New Year.

Bell said due to Covid-19, 2021 was a tough year for the school community, but through God’s grace, they managed and were looking forward to the new year with great enthusiasm.

He added that on the sporting front, three cricket boys were selected for the Central Gauteng Lions Area team, namely Daniel Naidoo (U16), Stefan Oberholzer, and Andrew Clark (U18).

“Our first XI cricket team ended off the year unbeaten in the Central Gauteng Lions Cricket League,” he added.

Bell said that Christ Church Preparatory School and College and SuperSport United Football Club announced a partnership that saw the school becoming the home of SuperSport United Youth Academy.

And with efforts also directed towards sports, he concluded that the school was hoping to make new strides in the new year.
