Carlswald Pom Pom girls win

Carlswald Pom Pom girls win and were awarded a trophy and a certificate of achievement.

The 2022 Arnold Classic Sports Festival Africa saw athletes and groups from around South Africa compete in different sporting events on June 4.

Carlswald House Preparatory School Pom Pom girls participated in the Federation of Dance, Drill, Cheerleading, and Majorette Sport of South Africa event at the festival.

The federation is a national body that offers dance drills, colour guards, marching bands, majorette sports, baton, and cheerleading to all youth in South Africa.

The vision of Arnold Sports Festival has always been to create a shared platform for all sports and communities to share their love and passion with others and similar sports communities, in one space or venue.

Carlswald’s Pom Pom girls came first and were awarded a trophy and a certificate of achievement.

Leressa Sebastian, administrator at Carlswald said, “We would like to congratulate our Pom Pom girls and their teacher, Chantell Jackson on coming first in their category.”
