Waterfall-based S’Villa releases another piano hit after Jehovah
Sicelo Ngwenya, who had previously released, Jehovah, Thula [keep quite], Khaya Lam [My Home], says he is ready to own the dance floor again this summer following the release of Hlala-Nami single.
Versatile singer and songwriter Sicelo Ngwenya has given his fans a festive amapiano hit, Hlala-Nami (Stay with me) on November 4.
S’Villa, as Ngwenya is popularly known, said the song was for people who loved love. The upbeat track is about a man in love who would do just about anything for the world to know about his relationship.
Ngwenya, who previously released Jehovah, Thula (keep quite) and Khaya Lam (My home), said he was ready to own the dance floor again following the success of his previous single.

The multifaceted musician is ready to rock this summer as he did last year. “Who wouldn’t want to dance to a love song with the one they love this festive season? This is a vibey and feel-good song. It is for everyone and every occasion just like Jehovah and I love this record so much. I must be honest, I do feel the pressure considering the success of Jehovah, but I believe my latest single will do just as good, or better, it is a banger,” said Ngwenya,
Jehovah was released on November 26 last year and is by far Ngwenya’s biggest song. Its music video received more than 13 million views on YouTube in less than a year, and it was part of the trending videos on the same platform.
The song was number five of South Africa’s Top 200 most searched songs on Shazam, number 10 on iTunes, and part of Botswana’s Overview Radio Top 10 songs. However, Ngwenya believes that Hlala Nami will match and even surpass the above-mentioned achievements.
