The Tools for Life initiative is a skills development programme that offers soft skills training, including communications, conflict resolution, ethics and integrity, self-confidence, and more.
The programme is delivered by local organisation, Scientology Volunteer Ministers, at no cost.
According to Ngoepe, the programme can create economic development, social change, and uplift communities.
He credits the programme with providing him with the skills he needed to establish his local laundry business, RT Piano Sneakers, and grow it successfully.
The programme taught him how to plan, strategise, expand, and have a vision, providing him with clear insight and the know-how to achieve sustainability as a new entrepreneur.
Ngoepe is now an advocate for the programme and is keen to share his positive experience with others.
He is involved in teaching others the same skills he learned, to uplift his community in Ratanda township, Heidelberg.
